ABOUT US

Blanding is your gateway to so many amazing experiences.  Centrally located within 90 miles of 17 National Monuments & State Parks including Bears Ears, Natural Bridges, and Hovenweep National Monuments. But you can't see it all in just one day, you must consider staying a few days to take it all in and explore Utah's Backcountry!

Made up of our distinct cultures, Ute, Navajo, European pioneer and Spanish have left their history in Blanding, which sits on White Mesa near Blue Mountain. Anasazi occupation occurred here as early as 600 AD. If you want to learn more about the Anasazi or Ancestral Puebloan people, be sure to stop in at Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum for a world-class experience.
